Our Organization

Executive Board

The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors, made up of parents, alumni, staff and community members, who work closely with the WHS administration to provide support that directly benefits students. Board members meet monthly during the school year and work on a variety of sub-committees, donating 5-40 hours a month.

Parent & Community Boards

It takes the talents and work of many beyond the 29-member Executive Board to make the Foundation an effective fund-raising organization. Dedicated parents (of both current students and alumni) and community members offer their time and skills for specific projects, such as stuffing envelopes in October for the Fall Campaign. These intrepid volunteers also help in dozens of capacities to support “Spring into Auction” and the Tour for Woodside.
